How to request a refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at hello@spicybehavioralinstitute.comwith the email address used at checkout and your order date.
- We'll confirm the order and process your refund to the original payment method.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank and payment provider.
Printed products
Printed workbooks and other physical items are eligible for the 30-day guarantee. For items damaged in transit or defective on arrival, email us photos within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the paid period. Refunds for subscriptions follow the 30-day window described above.
