Communication: My experience was that communication was inconsistent, unclear, and lacked structure. Expectations were not always communicated proactively, which made it difficult for staff to feel supported or prepared. Clinical Leadership & Support: During my time there, there appeared to be limited in-state clinical leadership support in Nevada. Much of the leadership direction seemed to come from an out-of-state team based in New York, which contributed to a lack of hands-on support for Nevada-based staff. Training & RBT Onboarding: RBT onboarding and training felt limited and underdeveloped. There was not enough structured preparation, direct coaching, or practical support before staff were expected to work in homes. Organization & Operations: The organization often felt messy and disorganized. Scheduling, communication, training, and operational systems appeared inconsistent, which made the work environment difficult to navigate. Schedule Availability: There seemed to be limited daytime hours available, with most cases requiring evening availability. This may be difficult for staff seeking full-time daytime work. Staff Retention: There appeared to be high turnover during my time with the company, which impacted team stability, continuity, and morale.

Green flags: Opportunity to gain in-home ABA experience. Evening hours may work for staff who need after-school availability. Exposure to home-based service delivery.
Red flags: Limited Nevada-based clinical leadership presence. Limited hands-on support. Poor communication and structure. Weak RBT onboarding/training. Disorganized operations. Limited daytime hours. High turnover.

Advice: Invest in stronger Nevada-based clinical leadership, clearer communication systems, structured RBT onboarding, more hands-on field support, and improved operational organization. Staff need consistent training, accessible supervision, and realistic scheduling support to provide high-quality care and remain with the company long-term.
